Acceptance of Terms

Using Math Logic Path means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

You must be 13 or older. Users under 18 need parental or guardian consent.

What Math Logic Path Is

Math Logic Path is a single-player math and logic puzzle game. You draw paths across number grids to satisfy rule-based challenges, earning scores and star ratings and progressing through an Arcade of unlockable levels. The app runs on your device and does not require an account.

Your License to Use Math Logic Path

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install Math Logic Path on your personal devices.
  • Play the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
  • Keep your game history, progress, and preferences.

You may NOT:

  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
  • Use cheats, automation, or tampering to bypass the free-usage limit or unlock premium features without paying.

Your Content and Feedback

Your game history, progress, and preferences belong to you. You can delete them anytime by resetting your progress in the app or uninstalling it.

By using Math Logic Path, you grant us a limited license to process your data locally solely to operate the app's functionality on your device. This license ends when you delete your data.

If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the app without compensation.

Intellectual Property

Math Logic Path, including its name, logo, design, puzzles, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use the Math Logic Path name or branding without written permission.

In-App Purchases

Math Logic Path is free to play with a daily limit on the number of games for non-premium players.

Math Logic Path offers a single, optional one-time purchase that permanently unlocks unlimited play (premium).

  • Your linked payment account is securely charged by the App Store or Google Play Store when you confirm the purchase.
  • This is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It does not auto-renew, and it can be restored on your devices.
  • Refunds are managed entirely by Apple and Google according to their policies.

Data and Privacy

Your game history, progress, and preferences belong to you. They live on your device and, if you enable sync or backup, securely in your own private cloud account. We cannot access them.

Delete your data anytime by resetting it in the app or uninstalling. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Third-Party Services

Math Logic Path relies on third-party platforms that we do not own or control — including the App Store, Google Play, Apple iCloud, and Firebase — for purchases, optional sync and backup, and anonymous crash reporting. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies, and they may change at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATH LOGIC PATH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The app will function uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Defects will be corrected in any particular timeframe.
  • Cloud sync or backup will always be available or free of loss.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of Data: loss or corruption of your game history or progress.
  • Costs of Substitute Services: finding alternative apps or services.
  • Any Other Intangible Losses.

Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or EUR 50 if you have not paid anything).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, an EU member state. Romanian law aligns with EU regulations, including GDPR for data protection.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern:

  1. Contact us first. We will work with you in good faith to resolve issues informally.
  2. EU residents can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  3. Legal proceedings must be brought in Romanian courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when we add features or when laws change. Continued use of Math Logic Path after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

By using Math Logic Path, you agree to these Terms. You confirm:

  • You have read and accept these Terms.
  • You are 13 or older (or have parental consent).
  • You will follow all applicable laws and use Math Logic Path responsibly.
  • You accept our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with these Terms, do not use Math Logic Path.
