Your License to Use Breathe Mindfully
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download and install Breathe Mindfully on your personal devices.
Use Breathe Mindfully for personal, non-commercial guided breathing exercises.
Track your training sessions, streaks, and progress.
You may NOT:
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Copy, modify, or create derivative works.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
Use Breathe Mindfully for commercial purposes without written permission.
Your Content and Feedback
Your session data belongs to you. You can delete it anytime by uninstalling the app.
By using Breathe Mindfully, you grant us a limited license to process your data locally solely to operate the app functionalities on your device. This license ends when you delete your data.
If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the app without compensation.
Intellectual Property
Breathe Mindfully, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use the Breathe Mindfully name or branding without written permission.
In-App Purchases and Donations
Breathe Mindfully is fully featured and free to use. It does not require subscriptions to unlock features.
We may offer optional in-app purchases as consumable products (such as a "tip jar" or donations) to support the app's development.
Your linked payment account is securely charged by the App Store or Google Play Store when you confirm the purchase.
These purchases are strictly one-time payments and do not auto-renew.
Refunds for these optional donations are managed entirely by Apple and Google according to their policies.
Data and Privacy
Your session history belongs to you. It lives on your device and securely in your private cloud account. We cannot access it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BREATHE MINDFULLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
The app will function uninterrupted or error-free.
Defects will be corrected in any particular timeframe.
Breathing exercises will produce specific physical or mental outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
Loss of Data: loss or corruption of your session data.
Costs of Substitute Services: finding alternative apps or services.
Any Other Intangible Losses.
Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or EUR 50 if you have not paid anything).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, an EU member state. Romanian law aligns with EU regulations, including GDPR for data protection.
